TRON: Legacy is one of the greatest films ever made

I might be a little hyped on it because I just saw it, but I regard it as an excellent movie that was beautiful, peaked my sense of wonder, and had good meaning.

Here is one of my favourite quotes from the movie (spoiler free).

The thing about perfection is that it's unknowable. It's impossible but it's also right in front of us all the time.
While it is untrue that perfection is impossible, it was impossible for Utopia to be created by man in the Grid. Perfection is only possible through God, and through Christ, but not through Man. That is one of the key themes of this movie; except, of course, they can not give glory to God in a Hollywood Movie. That being said, the movie, as an example of art that has surpassed the artist's intentions, reminded me of God's Glory and Wisdom implicitly. God is perfect. God is unknowable (fully). God is impossible by our flawed human understanding. And yet, God is right in front of us the whole time.

On top of that the combat is cutting, brutal and on the bleeding edge of style, and the aesthetic of the created world of the Grid is a beauty to behold.

Other all-time favourites that I've seen recently are the original six Star Wars Movies and the How To Train Your Dragon Movies.
